The GP Patient Survey is an annual initiative commissioned by NHS England and conducted by Ipsos. It is one of the largest patient experience surveys in Europe, reaching over 2.5 million patients aged 16 and over who are registered with GP practices in England. The survey gathers insights into patients’ experiences with general practice services, including access, appointment booking, quality of care, and NHS dental services. The results are published every July.

Compared to 2024 results, all of our accessing the practice scores have improved by 10% or above!
We also want to applaud our outstanding patient advisor team for achieving a 91% rating in helpfulness by the respondents. This is well above the national and ICS average 🥳
